The Friends of the Barbara Rose Johns Farmville-Prince Edward Community Library recently presented a donation to Piedmont Senior Resources. The donated funds came from the library’s book event. “We’re proud to have the friends group’s support for the aging community,” said PSR Interim CEO Thomas Jordan Miles III. “We’ve got countless supporters across the seven county area, and were proud and thankful for all of them for the help and referrals they give us daily.” Pictured presenting Miles the donation is Libby Blanton of the Friends Group.
