Services We Offer
At Piedmont Senior Resources the services we offer are available to all seniors age 60 and above within our service area. PSR Programs served 1,600 seniors in 2015 alone, across all socioeconomic backgrounds.
Nutritional Counseling
Our Nutrition Counseling Program helps seniors maintain a healthy diet. Seniors can receive home delivered meals or join friends their own age at a congregate site.
At-Home Services
The At-Home Services Program provides home care services to enable senior citizens who cannot perform basic tasks for themselves to remain in their own homes.
Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP)
The Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP) is part of a nationwide network of health insurance assistance programs. Our counselors assist seniors with Medicare and help seniors and caregivers understand and compare Medicare and other health insurance benefits.
Piedmont Senior Resources serves the Virginia counties of Buckingham, Cumberland, Amelia, Prince Edward, Nottoway, Charlotte and Lunenburg.
